"A man alone can do nothing. He must find someone who knows." The meetings are lively exchanges of people's attempts to practice the teaching during the week. We are interested in practicing the Work as it has been passed down through oral transmission.
People are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the teaching by reading certain "Work" books on their own.
These exercises are designed to help us struggle with our habits and work for being in the present moment.
We begin each meeting with a brief silent meditation.
